What this Privacy Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy covers American Hospice Foundation's treatment of personally identifiable information that American Hospice Foundation collects when you are on the American Hospice Foundation site, and when you use American Hospice Foundation's services. This policy also covers American Hospice Foundation's treatment of any personally identifiable information that American Hospice Foundation's business partners share with American Hospice Foundation.

This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that the American Hospice Foundation does not own or control or to people that the American Hospice Foundation does employ or manage.

The American Hospice Foundation collects personally identifiable information when you register for an American Hospice Foundation service or when you purchase an American Hospice Foundation product. American Hospice Foundation may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners.

When you register with the American Hospice Foundation, we ask for your name, email address, postal address, web site URL, and other general information. Once you register with the American Hospice Foundation and sign up for our services, you are not anonymous to us. However, the American Hospice Foundation does not collect your computer's IP address or use cookies of any kind.

The American Hospice Foundation uses personal information for only two purposes:

  • To fulfill your requests for products and services
  • To contact you about special offers and new products.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

The American Hospice Foundation will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone.

The American Hospice Foundation will not send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people, unless:

American Hospice Foundation provides you the ability to cancel any services, unsubscribe from newsletters, and change or delete your personal information at any time by electronic means or by sending an e-mail to webmaster@americanhospice.org.

Your American Hospice Foundation personal information is password-protected for your privacy and security.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

The American Hospice Foundation may edit this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our pages.
