Hospice services available immediately upon determination
of a six month prognosis by physician. Services available 24 hours a day
include nursing, medical social worker, personal care, therapies, physician,
chaplain, and volunteers Hospice provided in patients home whether it be in
a private home, nursing home, retirement center, adult foster care, or assisted
living facility. Hospice covered under Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.
Donations to Friends of XL Hospice covers patients not eligible for Medicare/Medicaid/insurance.
